Partner With Vessel
Underwrite an Experience. Own the Room.
WHY PARTNER WITH VESSEL
Underwriting a Vessel experience places your organization inside trusted executive rooms — not outside them.
Most marketing and sales channels place your brand in front of decision-makers. Vessel places you in conversation with them. Our underwriting model integrates your organization as a strategic participant in curated gatherings of senior brand leaders — not as a sponsor on a banner or a speaker on a stage.
The result is a qualitatively different kind of access: a room where your team can listen, contribute, and build the kind of trust that accelerates every subsequent conversation. Vessel handles everything — from guest curation to venue to moderation — so your team can focus on the relationship.
Brand Access
Vessel positions your organization inside curated rooms of VP-level and above marketing and brand leaders — not in a booth across a convention floor, but at the table. You’re not a vendor in the room; you’re a participant in the conversation.
Lead Quality
Every introduction made through a Vessel gathering is grounded in shared industry context. Guests are selected for relevance to your category — meaning the conversations you leave with are already warmer, more informed, and more actionable than a cold outreach pipeline.
Exclusivity
Vessel limits the number of underwriting partners per market and per category. Your organization will not share the room with a direct competitor. This preserves the integrity of the conversation and the value of your positioning within it.

The Evening, From Your Perspective
A clear view of how the evening unfolds — so you know exactly what to expect.
Arrival
You arrive at a venue selected by Vessel — private, atmospheric, and appropriate to the market. You’re welcomed by your Vessel contact, who introduces you to the room and sets the tone for the evening.
Reception
Guests arrive over the following thirty minutes. Your team has time to settle in, meet attendees naturally, and begin conversations in an informal setting.
The Conversation
Dinner begins, followed by a moderated discussion lasting sixty to ninety minutes. A Vessel facilitator guides the conversation, ensuring it remains engaging, balanced, and valuable for everyone at the table.
Your Role
You participate as a peer — sharing perspective, asking thoughtful questions, and building genuine context with each guest, rather than pitching or presenting.
Closing & Follow-Up
The evening transitions into open conversation, allowing for natural follow-up. In the days that follow, Vessel reconnects with you to debrief and reflect on relationships formed.
Let’s Build Something.
If you’re exploring how Vessel can connect your organization with senior brand leaders in a high-trust setting, we’d like to hear from you. Complete the form and a member of the Vessel team will follow up within two business days to discuss your goals, target markets, and whether Vessel is the right fit.
Vessel accepts a limited number of underwriting partners per market. Inquiries are reviewed individually.
FAQ
Your Questions Answered
Can I present or pitch at a Vessel gathering?
No. Vessel gatherings operate under a strict no-pitch format. Underwriting partners participate in the moderated conversation as peers, not presenters. This format is the foundation of the trust that makes every introduction more valuable. Partners who embrace this approach consistently report stronger post-event follow-up rates than traditional event sponsorship formats.
How are guests selected for my event?
Vessel works with each partner to define a target audience profile before any outreach begins. We then personally identify and vet executives who match that profile, confirm their relevance and seniority, and extend invitations on Vessel’s behalf. The guest list is shared with the underwriting partner in advance of the event.
How many guests attend a Vessel gathering?
Vessel gatherings are intentionally intimate. Typical attendance is between eight and sixteen guests, including the underwriting partner’s team. This size is chosen to maximize conversation quality and ensure every participant has genuine time with every other person in the room.
Do you offer category exclusivity?
Yes. Vessel limits underwriting partnerships per market per category. Your organization will not share the room — or the market — with a direct competitor within the same event or event series.
What happens after the event?
Vessel conducts a post-event debrief with the underwriting partner to discuss relationship opportunities, follow-up context, and any next steps. We do not provide contact lists, but we facilitate warm introductions where both parties have indicated interest.
