A Seat at a Different Kind of Table.
Vessel gatherings are invitation-only curated events for senior brand leaders. No panels. No pitches. Just a small room of the right people, having the right conversation.
The Format
Not a conference. Not a dinner party. Something designed for you.
A Vessel gathering is an invitation-only event for eight to sixteen senior brand and marketing leaders, moderated by an independent Vessel facilitator. The evening is built around a structured conversation on a topic relevant to every person in the room — not a presentation, not a panel, not a pitch.
Each gathering is underwritten by a select organization whose work is directly relevant to the conversation theme. That organization participates as a peer — not a sponsor, and not a presenter. Vessel moderators ensure the conversation stays genuine and substantive throughout.
You are invited because your experience and perspective are exactly what the room needs. Your time and candor are the only things you bring.
The Value
The return on two hours in the right room.
Peers, not an audience
Every person at a Vessel table is at or above your seniority level. No junior delegates, no mass audiences, no diluted rooms.
Conversation, not content
Vessel gatherings are moderated discussions, not keynotes. You’re at the table to think out loud, not to listen.
Trust, not transactions
The no-pitch format creates the conditions for genuine relationships — the kind that lead to referrals, partnerships, and perspective that actually matters.
Curated, not open
You won’t find Vessel gatherings listed on an event calendar. Attendance is by invitation only. Every guest is personally reviewed by the Vessel team.
Our Commitment
Your time is protected.
We know you receive a lot of invitations. We know that many of them turn out to be sales events in disguise.
Vessel gatherings operate under a binding no-pitch format. Underwriting partners sign an agreement before the event that explicitly prohibits product presentations, sales demonstrations, and unsolicited follow-up. Our moderators enforce this in the room.
If a gathering ever fails this standard, we want to know. Our reputation is built on your willingness to come back — and to tell your peers it was worth their evening.
Our Commitment
From invitation to introduction.
Invitation
You receive a personal invitation from the Vessel team describing the event theme, the market, and the general profile of other guests. No obligation to attend; no hard sell.
Confirmation
If you’re interested, you confirm with a brief form that helps us finalize the guest mix and prepare the moderator.
Arrival
You arrive at a venue selected for atmosphere and discretion. Your Vessel contact will greet you and introduce you to others during a brief pre-gathering reception.
The gathering
The moderated conversation runs sixty to ninety minutes. Topics are set in advance and shared with all attendees. Your moderator will ensure every voice is heard.
After
No follow-up unless you choose it. If you’d like an introduction to another guest or to the underwriting organization, Vessel facilitates. If not, there is no pressure.
Tell us about yourself.
Vessel gatherings are invitation-only. The form below helps us understand who you are, where you’re based, and what kinds of conversations you’re most interested in. We’ll be in touch if there’s a gathering that’s right for you.
Submitting this form does not register you for an event. A member of the Vessel team will reach out personally if there is a gathering that aligns with your profile. We do not share your information with underwriting partners.
FAQ
Your Questions Answered
Who pays for the event?
Vessel gatherings are underwritten by a select partner organization. There is no cost to attend as an executive guest.
Will I be pitched to?
No. Vessel operates under a strict no-pitch format. Underwriting partners participate as peers in the conversation, not as presenters or exhibitors. This is a contractual commitment, not just a guideline.
Who else will be at the table?
Vessel shares a general profile of attendees (seniority, industry, company type) with confirmed guests in advance. Individual names are shared closer to the event with the consent of all attendees.
How long do gatherings last?
Most Vessel gatherings run two to three hours, including a pre-gathering reception, the moderated conversation, and an open social period at the close.
Can I suggest a topic or bring a colleague?
We welcome topic input from confirmed guests — reach out to your Vessel contact. Bringing a colleague is possible in some cases and should be discussed with the Vessel team in advance.
How often does Vessel host gatherings in my city?
Vessel’s event calendar is growing. Gathering frequency per market depends on active partnerships and executive interest in that area. Submitting an expression of interest helps us prioritize your market.
